- 01We provide professional photography and video production for conferences, corporate events, and organizations. This includes event coverage, conference headshot stations, executive and team headshots, recap and highlight videos, interviews and testimonials, brand storytelling content, and live recording of sessions and presentations.
- 02Yes! Our team regularly travels to capture conferences and events of all sizes across the U.S. and internationally. We’ve worked with organizations nationwide and we’re always excited to join you wherever your event takes place.
- 03When travel is required, we follow a simple “rate + room” approach. This means our standard hourly or day rate, plus hotel accommodations for any team members on site. All other travel-related expenses—including flights, ground transportation, meals, rental cars, and luggage fees—are covered by us, so there are no surprises or extra logistics for you to manage.
- 04Photography is typically delivered within 5 business days. Videography projects are usually completed within approximately two weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
- 05As soon as possible. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured once a signed contract and deposit are received.
