Yes! Our team regularly travels to capture conferences and events of all sizes across the U.S. and internationally. We’ve worked with organizations nationwide and we’re always excited to join you wherever your event takes place.

When travel is required, we follow a simple “rate + room” approach. This means our standard hourly or day rate, plus hotel accommodations for any team members on site. All other travel-related expenses—including flights, ground transportation, meals, rental cars, and luggage fees—are covered by us, so there are no surprises or extra logistics for you to manage.

Photography is typically delivered within 5 business days. Videography projects are usually completed within approximately two weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
